Data held by Niton Training 2001 Ltd is only held for training purposes and will never be used for marketing purposes. Data is shared with our awarding bodies for the purpose of certification. We only request that data which the Awarding Organisation requires as part of our contract with them.

How is it collected?

Niton Training collect this either via our website www.nitontraining.co.uk or through communications with our offices and team members.

How will it be used?

The data used will only be used for the designated purpose it was supplied for. Unless you have signed up independently to our newsletters, you will not automatically be marketed to.

Who will it be shared with?

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.

If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services.

What will be the effect of this on the individuals concerned?

The third parties we use to process personal data on our behalf have been carefully chosen. Google and MailChimp  are based in the USA and are EU-U.S Privacy Shield compliant.

Is the intended use likely to cause individuals to object or complain?

Niton Training 2001 Ltd take our responsibility for your data very seriously, the company’s principals have been built on trust, honesty and transparency, we will never sell, rent or otherwise distribute or make public your personal information. Our staff receive training to ensure that they are kept up to date with our policies and procedures as well as information on the latest threats and risks of data loss.

This privacy policy may change from time to time in line with legislation or industry developments. We will not explicitly inform our clients or website users of these changes.
